Vesper will be able to interpret simple text-based commands from the user. For example, if the user types "Open Google Chrome," Vesper should be able to interpret this command and open the browser on the user's device. Vesper should be able to perform basic tasks on the device such as opening applications, searching the internet, or answering questions.
